Fished today for the first time on Flathead Lake this year. We boated 2 real nice fish over the slot, one at 37″ 16 lbs. and one at 39″ 19lbs. We also boated 4 nice fish just under the slot, perfect for the grill. I fished off Painted Rocks in 180′ of water, and fished the center bar in 90′ of water. Nice day a bit chilly in the morning. I fished all flatfish on the bottom. Silver and blue flatfish seemed to be the best color today, with the echip.
